DIY Espresso is crafted to yield a full, sweet and creamy espresso experience. The components change based on seasonality (like all of our coffees!). Currently, it is 40% Brazil Fazenda Furnas, 40% Guatemala Huehuetenango Select and 20% Colombia Cauca Select.
It features a ton of milk chocolate, walnut and orange with an incredibly creamy body!
We recommend the following recipe:
- 19 grams dose weight
- 35 grams beverage weight
- 25-27 seconds
- 8-10 days off roast
All coffees are available in whole bean only.
We roast and ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by midnight will be roasted and shipped the next roast day. Orders placed Thursdays or later will be rolled to the next Monday.
