This excellent microlot comes to us from the Uraga Washing Station.  Uraga is the name of a woreda (a political district) in the Guji zone.  Small family farms (mostly of about 1-2 acres in size) contribute to the washing station.  All the farms benefit from high elevation, which contributes to the overall sweetness of the coffee.  After the cherries are harvested, they are delivered to the washing station, where they are meticulously processed and then graded.  This microlot is Grade 1 (the highest) and is absolutely delicious.  We are super happy to offer this coffee to you!

Look for a sweet and creamy cup with flavors of ripe strawberry, brandy and nougat.  It has a mellow acidity and a full body.
